Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all services, platforms, and products provided by RedRock Systems PTY LTD (“RedRock Systems”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted Use
You may use RedRock Systems services for lawful business purposes by authorised users within your organisation. Permitted use includes:
- Accessing and using the platform features available under your subscription plan
- Storing and processing data directly related to your business operations
- Integrating with third-party services through our supported API and integration features
- Granting access to staff, contractors, and authorised users within your organisation
- Exporting your data for backup, analysis, or migration purposes
Use of our Services must comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law, and any industry-specific regulatory requirements applicable to your business.
Prohibited Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited. You must not use RedRock Systems services to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, or facilitate illegal activity by others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from our software
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our services using automated means without our written permission
- Upload, store, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
- Share login credentials with unauthorised users or allow simultaneous use by multiple individuals under a single account
- Exceed any rate limits or API call quotas specified in your plan or our technical documentation
- Store data that is prohibited under Australian law, including child exploitation material, or material that infringes third-party intellectual property
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other customers' data or to RedRock Systems' internal systems
- Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to facilitate phishing
- Impersonate RedRock Systems or any of our staff, clients, or partners
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to our Services to third parties without our prior written consent
Consequences of Violation
Violations of this AUP may result in any or all of the following actions at our sole discretion:
- Immediate suspension of access pending investigation
- Permanent termination of your account and all associated subscriptions
- Preservation and disclosure of relevant records to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law
- Civil action to recover damages caused by the violation
- Referral to appropriate regulatory bodies
Where we suspend access due to an AUP investigation, we will notify you of the reason unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation or is otherwise prohibited by law.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a potential AUP violation by another user or third party, we encourage you to report it promptly. You can report concerns to:

All reports are treated confidentially. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
