What we do
RedRock Systems builds production-grade software for Australian businesses. We design, build, deploy, and operate — compliance platforms, practice management tools, booking systems, automation, AI-powered systems, and the data pipelines underneath all of it.
Every product starts with how the business actually operates, not a generic feature list. When that means reading legislation and understanding audit requirements, we do that. When it means automating a manual process or connecting systems that were never designed to talk to each other, we do that instead.
Our products aren't wrappers around generic tools. Each one is purpose-built — custom database schemas, workflows designed around real operations, audit trails where they're needed, and interfaces designed for the people who actually use them.
How we work
We ship working software weekly, not quarterly. From the first week of a project, you see real code running against real data in a real environment. No wireframe decks. No six-month discovery phases.
Every change is tested, reviewed, and deployed automatically. We maintain comprehensive test suites that run against every deployment. When regulations change, we can update and ship within days, not months.
We don't hand off and disappear. Every product we build is one we operate, monitor, and maintain. Infrastructure, updates, compliance changes, and support — all handled. Your software stays current with your regulatory environment without you having to think about it.
What we're building
Our portfolio spans eight products across multiple regulated sectors, each in active development. For NDIS and care providers: CoordHub manages the full participant lifecycle from referral through incident reporting and Practice Standards evidence; CareOS handles clinical operations for SIL, SDA, and aged care providers — care plans, medication, behaviour support, and restrictive practice documentation. Proviso generates and maintains complete NDIS policy libraries aligned to the current Practice Standards.
For accounting firms and professional services: RedRock PM is purpose-built for practice management and AML/CTF compliance under AUSTRAC Tranche 2 obligations; RedRock AML is a standalone AUSTRAC compliance platform with tamper-evident audit trails; Aspire360 handles project, client, and billing management for complex professional services engagements.
Trim is designed for service businesses needing online booking, staff scheduling, and payment processing. Every product reflects the same engineering discipline: multi-tenant architecture, field-level encryption, immutable audit trails, and Australian-hosted infrastructure.
That's the product side. Alongside it, we take on custom builds for any business — regulated or not — that needs something purpose-built rather than adapted.

Chas Walker started writing code in high school and never really stopped. Self-taught across the stack — Linux infrastructure, networking, databases, and full-stack application development — long before any of it was his job.
RedRock Systems was founded to solve a problem Chas kept running into: most software sold to Australian businesses — regulated or not — is adapted from generic platforms. It handles the surface of the problem without being designed around how the business actually works. RedRock exists to build the systems that should have existed in the first place.
Every product in the RedRock portfolio was designed by understanding the real problem first — the legislation, the workflow, the people using it — not by adapting existing tools.
